Delivery to Nova Poshta offices in Ukraine
The parcel is kept at the post office for 5 days, after which it is automatically returned.
The commission for cash on delivery is 20 UAH + 2% of the transfer amount, payable by the buyer upon receipt of the order according to the Nova Poshta terms.

Pickup from stores in Kyiv, Ternopil, and Lviv

Address delivery in Ukraine
Carried out by the "Nova Poshta" courier service.

Express delivery
Express taxi delivery is available in Kyiv, Ternopil, and Lviv.

International delivery
Carried out by "Ukrposhta" (14-21 days) and "Nova Poshta" (5-14 days). International shipments may be subject to mandatory customs clearance in the destination country.
