All orders placed on the COOSH website or in the app, including international orders, are shipped from Ukraine.

Delivery in Ukraine

Delivery to a Nova Post branch

The parcel is stored at the branch for 5 days, after which it is automatically returned to the sender.

Courier delivery

Delivery is provided by Nova Post courier service.

Delivery for orders over UAH 9,000 — FREE.

Store Pickup

Online orders can be collected from COOSH stores in Kyiv, Ternopil, Lviv, Odesa and Dnipro.

Express Delivery

Express taxi delivery is available in Kyiv, Ternopil, Lviv, Odesa and Dnipro.

Delivery is provided upon full payment of the order. The taxi can be ordered by the recipient or by the store manager.

The cost of express delivery is paid separately by the recipient.

International Delivery

International delivery is provided by Nova Post. The estimated delivery time is 5–14 days.

International shipments may be subject to mandatory customs clearance in the destination country. Any applicable customs duties and taxes are paid by the recipient.

We deliver worldwide, except to russia and the Republic of Belarus.

For international orders, gift certificates are available in electronic format only.

Delivery to Poland is provided by Nova Post.

Online orders cannot be collected from the COOSH store in Warsaw.
