Payment by bank card
Payments can be made using Visa and Mastercard bank cards, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Bank cards issued by Russian banks are not accepted.
Before making a payment, please make sure that your card is enabled for online transactions.
Payment with a Gift Certificate
You can pay for your order with a COOSH gift certificate in-store or online via Direct.
Payment with a gift certificate is not available for orders with applied promo codes and/or personal offers.
Payment Currency and Conversion
All payments are processed in Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH).
If you are browsing the website in another currency, the amount shown at checkout may differ, as the final payment is charged in UAH.
If your card currency is different from UAH, double conversion may occur. Conversion terms and any applicable fees depend on your bank.
Orders via Instagram or email
For orders placed via Instagram or email, the following payment options are available:
full payment via bank transfer;
cash on delivery at a Nova Poshta branch.
Split Payments (monobank)
You can pay for your order in instalments using a monobank card. The service is available for orders from UAH 2,000, with the total amount divided into 3 payments.
To use this option, you must:
be a monobank customer and have the bank’s mobile app;
check your available Split Payment limit in the app;
have sufficient funds available for the first payment.
How to use
Select “Split Payments” as your payment method.
Confirm the payment through a notification in the monobank app.
