Delivery and returns
According to Ukrainian regulation (Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers №172, March 19, 1994), jewelry and fashion jewelry (including products made of non-precious metals with plating) are not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
If a defect is identified, we will replace the item or issue a refund according to the Consumer Protection Law of Ukraine.
