According to the carrier’s policy, trying on swimwear at Nova Post branches is not permitted.
Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product retains its original condition, all tags are attached, and the hygienic liner remains intact.
Once the hygienic liner has been removed, the product cannot be returned or exchanged.
