Payments

Payments can be made using Visa or Mastercard bank cards, or via digital wallets Google Pay and Apple Pay. Bank cards issued by Russian banks are not accepted.

Before making a payment, please make sure that your card is enabled for online transactions.

Payment Currency and Conversion

All payments are processed in Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH).

If you are browsing the website in another currency, the amount shown during checkout may differ, as the final charge will be converted to UAH.

If your card currency is different from UAH, double conversion may occur. Conversion terms and possible fees depend on your issuing bank.

Orders via Instagram direct

If you place an order through Instagram, the following payment options are available:

• Full payment via card transaction to a to an individual entrepreneur account

• Cash on delivery(within Ukraine) at a Nova Poshta branch

Split Payments (monobank)

You can select the Split Payments by mono at checkout if you are using a card issued by monobank.

This service is available for orders starting from 2,000 UAH. The total purchase amount is split into 3 payments, charged monthly. The first payment is charged at the time of purchase, with subsequent payments made automatically each month.

Requirements

To use this option you must:

1. Be Monobank client and have the bank’s mobile app installed.

2. Have an available “Split Payment” limit (check it in the Credits section of the app).

3. Have sufficient funds or credit available on your monobank card to cover the first payment.

How to use?

1. Select “Split Payments” as your payment method at checkout.

2. Confirm the payment in the monobank app via the push notification.
